I¡¯m 68 years old and was worried about balance on a traditional bike. The step-through frame allows me to plant my feet flat on the ground easily at stops, which gives me so much confidence. The throttle is a blessing when my knees start to ache halfway through a ride. Assembly took me about an hour; the instructions were clear. The disc brakes are smooth and don’t require a lot of hand strength to engage. I¡¯ve already recommended this to three friends in my neighborhood.

I want to love this bike. After finally getting it set up, it rides really well. However, I have to deduct points for the assembly. The box arrived with a hole in it (damage during shipping, not the seller’s fault maybe), and the front brake caliper was completely misaligned. Contacted the customer support immediately, the team was very helpful. After the problem fixed, it¡¯s a solid e-bike.

This bike is beautiful and rides smoothly on flat roads. However, I live in a very hilly area, and I found the 250W motor a bit underpowered for the steep 10% grades near my house. Even with the 7-speed gear shifted down to the lowest setting and using max pedal assist, I was still working pretty hard to get up the hill. It¡¯s fine, but if you have serious hills, you might want a mid-drive motor or higher wattage. For urban commuting on mostly flat streets, it¡¯s a 5-star bike.

I love that this bike looks like a normal hybrid bicycle. The battery is integrated neatly into the frame, so it doesn¡¯t draw too much attention. The 25 km/h speed limit is perfect for bike lanes¡ªfast enough to get me to work quickly but not so fast that I feel unsafe. The 7-speed gear system is smooth, and the tires handle potholes well. I deducted one star only because the seat was a bit hard; I replaced it with a gel seat cover and now it¡¯s perfect.

was skeptical about the “Up to 120 km” claim, but I decided to test it this weekend. I did a long canal path ride and managed 95 km with mixed assist levels (mostly medium) and still had 2 bars left on the battery. The 36V 13Ah battery is a beast. The ride is comfortable thanks to the fat tires, and the step-through design makes mounting and dismounting easy when you¡¯re stopping for photos. If you are a long-distance rider or a heavy commuter, this is the one.

I¡¯ve had this e-bike for about three weeks now. The 250W motor is surprisingly peppy for city streets, and the disc brakes provide excellent stopping power in the rain. My only complaint is the weight. If the battery dies, pedaling this without assist is a serious workout because the frame is quite sturdy (which is good for stability, bad for lifting). It¡¯s fine for rolling terrain, but if you live in a walk-up apartment, be prepared to carry a heavy bike. Otherwise, the build quality is excellent for the price point.

I¡¯ve put over 500 miles on this e-bike commuting in all weather conditions. The disc brakes still feel new (I did have to adjust them once), and the battery still holds a full charge to get me to work and back (40 km round trip) with plenty of juice left. The step-through frame has held up without any creaks or wobbles. It¡¯s easy to maintain, and parts seem standard, which is nice for repairs. This is a workhorse. Best purchase I made this year.

I had a small issue where the LCD display wasn¡¯t turning on after my first ride. I contacted support via email, and they responded within 2 hours with a video troubleshooting guide. It turned out to be a loose connector in the handlebar wiring. Once I fixed that, the bike has been flawless. The step-through geometry is so comfortable for my 5¡¯4¡± frame. I love the 250W motor¡ªit¡¯s quiet but powerful enough to get me up to 25 km/h quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this bike to replace my car for the 15 km round trip to work, and it has been absolutely perfect. The step-through frame is a lifesaver when I¡¯m wearing work trousers or carrying a heavy backpack. I¡¯ve tested the range and got about 110 km on eco mode before needing to charge, which is almost exactly what they advertise. The 7-speed gears paired with the pedal assist make hills feel flat. Assembly was straightforward¡ªabout 80% assembled in the box. Highly recommend for anyone looking to ditch the car.
